ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LESSOR – STATE ENTERPRISE “EASTERN MINING AND CONCENTRATION COMBINATION”

on the intention to lease the objects of state property for which applications have been received

The property is leased on a competitive basis in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.

Interested persons are directed to the address of the balance holder:

• a statement of intent to lease state-owned property;
• copies of founding documents;
• a copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs;
• a copy of a license for a legal entity to carry out a separate type of activity, if available.

Applications for the lease of the specified objects are accepted within ten working days after the publication of the advertisement at the address:Olesya Honchara,2, Zhovti Vody, Dnipropetrovsk Region, 52210, State Enterprise Eastern Mining and Processing Plant. Applications are submitted in a separate envelope with the inscription “Application for rent” indicating the name and location of the rental object.

In the case of receiving two or more applications for one rental object, the lessor will announce a competition for the right to rent it in accordance with the requirements of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Leasing of State and Communal Property”
