Inhulskaya Mine

The Inhulskaya Mine is located near Kropyvnytskyi.
It extracts two uranium ore deposits underground: Michurynske and Tsentralne.
In addition to the underground workings, the mine has a developed surface complex structure.

Significant Dates

1964 – the Michurynske uranium ore deposit was discovered.1967 – Ore Management No. 2 was established (currently – Inhulskaya Mine).1969 – the beginning of ore mining at the Michurynske deposit.1973 – the Tsentralne uranium ore deposit was discovered.1975 – the designed capacity of 1 million tons of marketable ore was reached, which lasted until 1989.1989 – the first ore was mined at the Central deposit.
