Income declaration for 2025

On January 1, 2026, the annual declaration campaign for public officials for 2025 began, which lasted until March 31, 2026, inclusive.

Officials of the enterprise, the list of which is determined by the order of the General Director of SE “SkhidGZK” dated 06.01.2025 No. 15, as well as employees who are deputies of local government bodies, are obliged to complete and publish on the official website of the NACP declarations of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government for 2025.

Assessment of corruption risks

An assessment of corruption risks in the activities of SE “SkhidGZK” has been carried out and measures to eliminate them have been determined. The assessment is conducted to establish the likelihood of committing corruption and corruption-related offenses, their causes, conditions and possible consequences, as well as to analyze the effectiveness of existing control measures.

During the risk identification, the working group studied the organizational structure, regulations on subdivisions, job descriptions, contractual relations, policies and activity standards, previous risk assessments, interactions with legal and natural persons, and the enterprise’s regulatory documents.

Among the evaluated areas: hiring of employees, personnel management, financial management, organization and conduct of procurement.

Conflict of interest and financial control

The Department for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption conducted an inspection of the compliance by officials with the requirements regarding the regulation of potential conflicts of interest in connection with the direct subordination of close persons. Identified conflicts of interest were resolved through personnel decisions and the establishment of external control. No violations of anti-corruption legislation were found as a result of the inspection.

An inspection of the timeliness of declaration submission by the company’s officials was also carried out. According to the published information, no financial control violations were found.
